Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of:
- hands-on experience establishing SecDevOps and CI/CD pipelines from scratch for enterprise solutions
- hands-on experience leading and implementing enterprise & tech mandated non-functional requirements (NFR)
- experience aligning delivering on performance metrics and SLAs, building tools and frameworks to ensure metrics/SLAs adherence, and setting up best technology practices
- experience working closely with partners in Infosec, Infrastructure and Operations to align with technology standards and establish CI/CD & SecDevOps practices
- experience identifying, managing and remediating IT risk and tech debt
- hands-on experience leveraging various approved on-prem and cloud capabilities to have seamless CI/CD integration with build, test, deployment and prod monitoring
- Experience with establishing production operating model, change, incident & defect management
- Experience establishing frameworks and best practices for seamless integration
- 7+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift containers
- 5+ years of experience with Cloud Poviders like Openshift (OCP), GCP, Azure
- 7+ years of experience with Eclipse/intelliJ IDE
- 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Harness, UCD, GitHub, Maven, Gradle
- 5+ years of experience with DevSecOps tools like SonarQube, GitLab, Checkmarx, Black Duck
- 5+ years of experience with Deployment, Logging, Monitoring tools ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics, Liquibase
- 5+ Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell
- 3+ years of experience with tests frameworks using Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, Junit, Jmeter, RestAssured, Postman
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment using Scrum/Kanban
- 3+ years of experience working in Jira, Confluence
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows to manage production changes, incidents and defects
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
