Contract Duration: 5+ Months
- Bachelor's/University degree.
- 6+ years of experience in a large global bank as a hands-on Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.
- Must have very strong experience in Enterprise Risk framework.
- Experience working in Agile projects using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Strong experience with Software Development Life Cycle.
- Technical understanding of implications of system design.
- Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts/requirements and related product/functional knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Diligent work ethic and desire to improve processes.
- Ability to baseline an existing enterprise software and develop a strategic vision for future quarters as well as a long term BAU steady state.
- Master's degree.
- Big 4 Consulting experience.
- Will work closely with the Product Owner in support of the ERM Risk Management portal implementation. Help to drive the overall strategic vision for the ERM Portal as an enterprise software both as a part of and beyond the Enterprise Risk Management sphere.
- Day-to-day management of project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, coordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
- Develop individual project artifacts as necessary including Business Requirements Documentation (BRD’s), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD’s), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries.
- Coordinate with business leads and senior pillar business leads to define requirements and drive adoption in a uniform manner.
- Meet with upper management and liaisons to define requirements and enhancements for CRO Dashboards and Attestation sign offs.
- Lead cross-cutting meetings with key stakeholders, outlining takeaways and action items with appropriate follow-up.
- Gather and document business requirements as needed.
- Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members.
- Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly.
- Ability to operate independently on a day-to-day basis, using sound judgment to escalate as needed.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
