DevOps Engineer/ AWS/ Terraform/ SQL

This company is leading the future of warehouse machinery. They’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team as they modernize their systems and infrastructure. You’ll be working in their AWS environment, using GitHub for version control, and contributing to a critical database migration project from MySQL to MS SQL. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with other engineers to improve automation and streamline deployments. This role requires once a quarter on-site visits in their office near Columbus, OH. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or compensating experience)
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps
• AWS, Terraform, and Docker Experience
• Any database experience preferred

What You Will Be Doing

• Administering and optimizing AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, and IAM
• Implementing and maintaining Docker containers
• Assisting in designing security measures within cloud infrastructure
• Managing Linux systems, including bash scripting for automation
• Maintaining thorough documentation
