Are you a versatile HR professional with experience in recruiting and payroll? Join a team based in King of Prussia as a full-time HR Admin.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with recruiting, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process

  • Strong payroll experience, with a solid understanding of payroll systems and processes

  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, etc.)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

  • Experience in employee benefits administration is a plus

  • Knowledge of recruiting strategies and social media platforms for talent sourcing

  • Experience with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives

  • 10% Administrative and Reporting Duties
