Job Description Looking to join an innovative, fast-growing company in the clinical trial technology space? Join this premier provider of Risk-Based Monitoring and Data Quality Oversight, developing solutions and technological advancements to clinical research organizations. Their products enable both risk planning and operational risk monitoring and utilize advanced statistical algorithms to determine the quality of clinical trial data both during and following study execution. This global organization is seeking a Manager of Clinical Data Services to join their King of Prussia based team. The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics aptitude and a passion for delivery excellence, to help drive customer success and broad adoption data solutions, while also overseeing a team 10-15 Clinical Data Analysts. You will play a key role in data analyst attraction, retention and motivation, assist in developing individualized growth plans for the team, and work with extended Operations team to identify areas of strength and improvement. Your focus will be on driving standardization and simplification throughout the analyst team and developing the team’s critical thinking abilities. Office is local to King of Prussia, PA with remote/hybrid flexibility. No visa sponsorship or ability to work C2C is available at this time. Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within Data Management or a related field
- Foster innovative thinking and encourage analysts to enhance customer value through ongoing improvements
- Over 3 years of experience in team management, coaching, and development
- Proven ability to inspire and positively motivate team members
- Background in clinical research organizations, with a solid understanding of the regulations and standards related to clinical trial conduct and clinical data management
- A college degree, ideally in a scientific or technical field
- Some experience with statistics and/or programming as it pertains to clinical data
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring at least 2-3 days per week in the office with the team
- Technical and analytical hands on skills with Data Management, clinical research (regulations & standards), statistical programing with SAS and Python, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) software like Rave, and Inform, and some exposure to Tableau or other business intelligence platforms
- Proven leadership skills for guiding a team
- Experience in coaching, influencing, and building strong professional relationships
- Skilled in conflict resolution and issue de-escalation, with the ability to mentor team members on handling conflicts with both internal staff and clients
- Ability to quickly build professional credibility with colleagues and earn their confidence and trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
- Open-minded and willing to collaborate when developing solutions
- Strong delegation skills, with the ability to monitor and adjust workload as needed
- Proficient in English communication, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Experience working effectively in a team environment under time and resource constraints
- Possesses a proactive, adaptable attitude, comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-growing organization
- Capable of setting goals for the team and ensuring they are successfully achieved
- Strong aptitude for data analytics and understanding of basic statistical concepts
