Required Skills & Experience

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong customer service experience, ideally in an IT or service desk environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Previous experience working with service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar)

A proactive mindset with the ability to escalate issues when necessary

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and terminology

Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
