IT Support/ERP/Windows

As a Support Specialist, you'll be immersed in a Windows environment, providing comprehensive support for various systems including M365, Active Directory, Azure, and our ERP system. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for Windows desktops and servers, comprising 80% of your technical focus.
• Offer networking support, accounting for 20% of your technical responsibilities.
• Engage in a balanced mix of daily hands-on tasks and project work, with a 50/50 split.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years of solid experience in technical support.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows environments.
• Strong command of the M365 suite.
• Experience with ERP systems support.
• Proficient in Active Directory.
• Prior exposure to Cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
