Join a dynamic managed service provider as a Support Analyst! In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of client support, assisting small to mid-sized businesses across various industries, including finance, education, healthcare, non-profit, and technology. You will provide both remote and on-site support, handling tasks such as Active Directory management, group policy implementation, system/server administration, Office 365 support, PC setup, network troubleshooting, and user assistance.

This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement, with the potential to transition into engineering roles. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers on exciting projects, including migrations, implementations, and infrastructure expansions. While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel to client sites will be necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in managed services or value-added reseller (VAR) environments
  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in networking and troubleshooting
  • Strong Windows server and desktop support experience
  • Experience with M365 technologies
  • Experience with AD/group policy and strong communication/customer service skills
  • Prior client-facing experience

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Certifications in security, Microsoft, or Cisco
  • Familiarity with firewalls (Meraki, Fortinet, SonicWall)
