IT Support Analyst/ERP Microsoft Dynamics

Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking an experienced ERP Microsoft Dynamics Support Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge ERP solutions, supporting the business and ensuring smooth operations within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes effectively.
• Manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including workflows, user guides, and training materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system aligns with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, modules, and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with SQL queries, Power BI, or related tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
