Our client, an automotive dealership company, is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join their team and provide IT support for one of their dealerships. In this role, you will collaborate with corporate IT to ensure all applications, hardware, and security software are up to date for your dealership location.
The ideal candidate is skilled with Windows OS, antivirus/EDR software, Microsoft applications, and manufacturer systems. Must be comfortable supporting various hardware (LAN networks, Windows PCs, Apple iPads, etc). You will need to be able to effectively advocate for your office in terms of hardware, software, and server upgrades and collaborate with different departments to ensure their IT functions are running smoothly.
This is a direct hire role, fully onsite out of their Lewisville, Texas office. Compensation is $40-45K. Required Skills & Experience

- Experience with tier one and two support.
- Comfortable doing deskside support and collaborating with various departments.
- Experience with hardware break/fix and installations.
- Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors or masters in Computer Science, or related field.
- Technical certifications (CompTIA, etc) nice to have.
