A global quantitative trading powerhouse, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Center Coordinator to support their international server fleet - based out of their location in Little Rock, AR. This full-time position involves coordinating installations and repairs across our worldwide data center infrastructure.

This role offers an unconventional schedule (Tuesday-Saturday with Friday overnight work) but provides significant autonomy in managing projects. You'll be the vital link between our trading technology and the vendors who help maintain our infrastructure, requiring discipline and meticulous attention to detail. This position is perfect for tech-savvy professionals who excel at coordinating complex logistics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure (racks, cabling, cooling, power)
  • Basic server and networking troubleshooting skills
  • Superior organizational ability to manage 15-20 simultaneous projects
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Strong vendor management and communication skills
  • Experience with computer repair and equipment racking

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in IT project coordination
  • Data center certification or related technical training
  • Inventory management experience
  • Experience working with remote teams or vendors

Tech Breakdown

  • 40% Server hardware management
  • 30% Network infrastructure support

Daily Responsibilities

  • 50% Hands-On (troubleshooting, installation planning)
  • 30% Management Duties (vendor coordination, project tracking)
  • 20% Team Collaboration (working with internal teams across global locations)
