We are looking for a Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain our Power BI reporting environment, with a specific focus on Sales performance metrics. In this role, you'll go beyond generating static reports; you’ll help shape the narrative around our data and build dashboards that drive real business impact. From analyzing the sales pipeline to designing efficient data models, you’ll serve as a key data partner to sales leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles
- 3+ years developing dashboards and reports in Power BI
- 2+ years of hands-on SQL experience for data mining and transformation
- Strong understanding of CRM data, especially sales pipeline dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to independently explore, interpret, and leverage new datasets
- Attention to design and visualization best practices (e.g., Storytelling with Data, Gestalt principles)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Deep Power BI expertise:
- Semantic model development
- Advanced DAX and calculation groups
- Power Query transformations
- Row-level security implementation
- Familiarity with DAX Studio and Performance Analyzer
- Solid SQL skills (T-SQL preferred):
- Multi-key joins, window functions, and data normalization
- Previous experience in the mortgage, lending, or financial services industry is a plus
