Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in software development and security architecture
• Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring technical teams
• Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in secure coding practices across various languages (Java, Python, C, C++, JavaScript, etc.)
• Strong understanding of cloud security models, zero trust principles, and identity management

Desired Skills & Experience

• Security certifications (GIAC, Offensive Security, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern security tools (CSPM, CWPP, CASB, CIEM, CNAPP)
• Experience in offensive security techniques
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
