Lead DevOps / Hybrid 2-3 days/ Whitter- City of Industry

A leading home improvement, water technology, and e-commerce company is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to establish and lead DevOps practices in a hybrid role, with the opportunity to build and expand a talented team. This position will drive automation, scalability, and CI/CD implementation across our infrastructure, leveraging modern cloud and DevOps technologies to optimize deployments and system reliability.
This role requires the candidate to be hybrid 2-3 days onsite in Whitter/City of Industry

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Expertise in AWS for cloud infrastructure management
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins
• Scripting and automation experience with Python and Bash
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Daily Responsibilities

• 70% Hands-on infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud optimization
• 20% Collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams to implement best practices
• 10% Researching and evaluating new tools and technologies to improve DevOps workflows
