Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AdTech

We’re looking for a Staff Data Scientist to help us develop and leverage advanced machine learning models on terabytes of data. In this role, you will design and implement algorithms to analyze and interpret the content of social media content. You’ll work with cutting-edge models, including large language models, to create sophisticated, integrated AI systems. We’re excited to bring on someone with a passion for groundbreaking research in machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. Headquartered in Los Angeles, this position is set up to be 2 days a week in office. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science (or related field) with 6+ yrs. of experience
• Expertise in training computer vision classifiers, encoders, and building/finetuning GenAI models
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Snowflake, and distributed systems
• Exp. in LLMs, RAG systems, machine learning models, and strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Exp. in real-time data processing using Apache Kafka
• Exp. in DBT for data transformation
• Strong communication skills, adherence to testing/code review standards, and openness to new technologies and solutions
