Global leader in residential real estate franchising and brokerage is seeking a Partner Integration Manager / Specialist for a remote opportunity.

The Partner Integration Manager / Specialist is responsible for managing the tactical steps involved in the partner onboarding and integration process. The goal is to ensure that all elements of the agreement are ready to go by the time of partner launch. Additionally, the Manager / Specialist assists the Director and Managers with cross-functional tasks related to security reviews, data access implementation, and finance setup (including W9 and ACH processes). The Manager / Specialist also reviews, updates, and creates process documentation as needed.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Partner Onboarding: Proficiency in managing onboarding and integration processes for new SAAS and general business services partners.
  • Project Management: Ability to coordinate and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Email and Verbal Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration from VP to line level.
  • Microsoft Office: Fluency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Airtable Fluency (Desired): Familiarity with Airtable for organizing and tracking information.
  • Develop new and / or enhance existing project plan documentation

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationship with Strategic Partnership Development Team:
    • Collaborate with the Partner Development contracting team to understand all contractual elements agreed upon with partners.
    • Identify and document tactical setup requirements based on the contract.
  • Information Security Review Process:
    • Submit an online form for the InfoSec review.
    • Coordinate logistics between the partner, the Strategic Partner team, and tech team.
    • Ensure review is completed and documented properly, and results are shared with the team.
    • If any vendor actions are required, notify the partner of their responsibilities.
  • SSO Integration:
    • Facilitate introductions and connections between the partner and tech team.
    • Document progress and track Single Sign On integration process.
  • API Access (if applicable):
    • Facilitate introductions and connections between the partner and tech team.
    • Document progress and track API access setup.
  • Finance/Accounting Setup:
    • Coordinate with finance to align on all necessary details from the partner (e.g. tax and billing details).
    • Oversee the submission of information from the partner to finance team.
    • Set up ACH payments if applicable.
  • Marketing Logistics / Scheduling:
    • Assist with partner team marketing-related logistics and scheduling tasks.
    • Coordinate marketing collateral delivery / scheduling / project management
