AWS Security Engineer

A PA based wealth management company is looking for an AWS cloud security engineer to join their team. This is a full time role operating on a hybrid model just on the outskirts of Wayne, PA. This position will be focused on the strategy and high level hands on technical alike
The core migration to AWS has already taken place, but in efforts to strengthen the overall security posture of their cloud environment, theyre looking for a senior level engineer to come in and build a true foundation that will catapult their program for years to come. Coming in the door, you’ll be working with a lot of security controls and vulnerabilities. Experience building cloud formation templates is a huge plus for this role. The ideal candidate will be a security minded AWS expert or a true AWS security SME. Required Skills & Experience

• AWS experience is preferred (will look at Azure or GCP)
• At least 5 years experience in a professional security environment
• Experience building cloud formation templates
• Ability to roadmap and present to key stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Relevant certifications
