Security Engineer - Hands-On and Consulting

If you are on the hunt for a Security Engineer position, we've got an exciting opportunity. A legal software service is looking to bring on a contractor in their security department. Your role? It is a mix of providing advice on security matters to fellow engineers and architects. Plus, you'll get your hands dirty with some hands-on engineering. Project work includes cloud, network, and infrastructure security.

A good candidate needs deep knowledge in multiple areas of network, systems, and cloud infrastructure. A huge plus would be prior experience securing firewalls, SIEM/detections, email security, and access management. Bonus points if you're experienced with zero-trust environments.

Contract Duration: 12-24 months Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in IT
• 4+ years’ experience in InfoSec
• Cloud, Network and System inrastrucre knowledge
• Know at least one of the following frameworks: ISO or NIST

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with CI/CD Security
• Zero-trust tools
