Security/Infrastructure Team Lead / Philly Hybrid

This local investment firm is looking for an infrastructure and security jack-of-all-trades to spearhead their Azure environment. They need this person to implement cutting edge tools, lead the vulnerability management program, and generally build out their internal security footprint. This person will serve as the main point of contact for anything and everything network security while the MSP handles the incident response. It’s a great stepping stone to management/CISO while staying technical and having a strong impact on a cutting-edge organization.

Ideal candidates will have a core systems/infrastructure background – Windows, networking, routing and switching, VMware, etc. Strong cloud skills are also a requirement. Candidates are expected to have strong security knowledge (general blue team stuff such as DLP, email security, vulnerability management, etc.).

This is a full-time position that is flexible hybrid/remote at their swanky Philadelphia office, so only local candidates will be considered.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in cyber security and infrastructure
• Knowledge of Windows systems, Cisco, Fortinet
• Experience with creating DLP initiatives, implementing security tools, mitigating risk, and other security essentials
• Strong cloud experience (Azure preferred, any environment ok)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience implementing zero trust
• Experience with Zscaler, Darktrace, Tenable, and/or Fortinet
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Relevant security certifications
