A large e-commerce shop is growing their support department further. They are hiring for a Helpdesk Engineer on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be working out of their McDonough office space and performing level 1 desktop support in a Windows environment. The client is looking for someone with a strong technical understanding and able to help users with onboarding and offboarding end user accounts.

Day-to-Day tasks will include managing systems, troubleshooting hardware issues, invoice posting, supporting network/system admins with local support needs, and working with M365, WindowsOS, Active Directory, and more.

Required skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk role
  • Ability to write reports such as PPT
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Active Directory
  • Offboard/Onboard experience with users and devices
  • Expertise with Troubleshooting and Backup Recovery
  • Efficient communication skills
Desired skills and Experience
  • Experience in small to medium sized companies
  • Fast-paced work ethic
  • Ability to commute to local office daily 7am-4pm
  • Comfortability working in multi-culture environments
  • VPN or Network Support Knowledge
