Senior .NET Developer – Hybrid (Memphis, TN)

A well-established organization is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join their team in a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence once a week in Memphis, TN. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer with experience across multiple versions of .NET, strong SQL expertise, and the ability to maintain and support existing systems while contributing to modernization efforts.

Tech Stack & Focus Areas

• .NET development across multiple versions (legacy .NET 1.1, WebForms, MVC, and transition to .NET Core)
• Frontend technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript – open to candidates with diverse experience)
• Strong SQL Server skills (writing queries, stored procedures, optimization)
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and modern design patterns

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications
• Work across the full system architecture to ensure reliability and performance
• Lead technical projects, from design to implementation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Provide technical guidance and communicate project status effectively

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong C#, .NET, and SQL Server skills
• Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP)
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, application security, and best practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
