A global leader in advanced cutting solutions, is seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive transformative financial strategies and operational excellence. As a pivotal member of the executive team, the CFO will shape the company’s financial direction to support sustainable growth and market leadership in the manufacturing sector. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with deep financial expertise and a passion for modernizing processes and systems in a fast-paced environment.
You will be in charge of streamlining their technology systems, building out the new ERP initiative and helping initiating the Saleforce implementation for the Finance department. You will be onsite in their office located in northwest suburbs of Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial transformation, ERP implementation, and operational improvement.
- Industry experience in the private sector
- Proficiency in modern financial systems, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in global operations, mergers, acquisitions, or complex organizational changes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with advanced cutting solutions and the manufacturing ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the Midwest’s industrial market dynamics.
- Understanding of Global Supply chain and manufacturing knowledge
