Our client in the manufacturing industry is based in Meriden, Connecticut and is seeking an Accounts Payable Temp for a contract opportunity. This role will be fully onsite.

Location: Meriden, CT 06450

Contract Duration: 3 months

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Concur T&E experience
  • Accounting experience, able to prepare journal entries
  • Account reconciliation
  • MS Excel Experience with basic formulas, pivots and vlook-ups
  • 2-3 years related collections experience

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Approve financial review of Concur T&E reports
  • Reconcile the JPMorgan credit card statement to concur expense reports
  • Follow-up with employees to have them submit expense reports for outstanding JPMorgan credit card charges
  • Resolve failed concur/sap postings
  • Create standard work instructions on process
  • Reconcile old credit card program (AMEX) in order to close out program
  • Follow-up with AMEX cardholders to complete final expense reports
  • Request credit balance refunds from AMEX and identify coding
  • Assist with GRIR reconciliation
  • Assist with vouchering AP invoices into SAP
  • Assist with Bank of America Pcard reconciliation and the voucher processing
  • AdHoc projects
