Manager of Identity and Access Management

Job Description Our client is looking for an experienced Manager of Identity and Access Management in their Minneapolis, Minnesota office for a full-time opportunity. This opportunity includes being a leader in strategic management to integrate an intensive IAM strategy corresponding to the company’s goals and regulatory requirements. This role will help prevent unauthorized access to the company. This will require working cross functionally with IT, security, HR, etc. to guarantee seamless integration.

Required Skills & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a similar discipline.
• 8+ years of experience with Information Security, specifically with some background in a leadership role
• Knowledgeable with cybersecurity regulations and frameworks such as IEC 62443 for industrial control systems and ISO 27001, GDPR and NIST
• Extensive knowledge of IAM principles and technologies, along with expertise in tools like Entra ID, AD, SSO, LDAP, MFA, PAM, and identity governance platforms.
• Experience leading a team

Desired Skills & Experience

• Professional Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CIMP, CISSP, CIAM, etc.
• Master’s Degree
