A strong candidate will be ready to push the envelope of technology by wearing multiple hats. You will be the first boots on the ground to grow the System Administrator team for this organization! You will supporting a high performing global IT team in a Windows environment, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, maintaining LANs, and ensuring they are secure, and occasionally managing the helpdesk portal/ hardware support.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a traditional System Administrator
- Proven experience working in a Windows environment.
- Strong skillset with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange Server
- Networking/troubleshooting experience with LAN/WAN, routing, and internet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortability with hardware and software support duties
Desired Skills & Experience
- CompTIA certification, or security background
- Microsoft certifications such as MCITP
- Ability to commute to Alabama office daily.
- BS in CS or similar educational background
- Problem solving mindset
