Location: Montvale, NJ (3 days/week)

In this role, you will take on the responsibility of ServiceNow Senior Product Manager, collaborating closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver transformative solutions. You’ll translate business objectives into strategic ServiceNow product roadmaps, manage delivery processes, and oversee product operations. You will work within a dynamic, agile team environment that emphasizes innovation and cross-functional collaboration to meet high-impact organizational goals

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of recent experience utilizing ServiceNow for digital transformation in Third Party Risk, Procurement, or related fields.
  • Expertise in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Third Party Risk, or Procurement, with a strong ability to interface with executives and business process owners.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Certifications such as Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Application Developer (CAD), Implementation Specialist (CIS), CISA, CPA, CPP, or related certifications (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS and PaaS solutions, security considerations, and data usage requirements.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe PI Planning, and product backlog management.
  • Excellent skills in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver ServiceNow solution strategies aligned with customer vision, business priorities, and data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain multi-quarter product roadmaps with clear milestones and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and executive leaders to align product strategies with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for module operations, coordinating new features, workflows, and daily operations.
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly reconciliation for product teams.
  • Lead ServiceNow delivery teams, ensuring alignment with platform architecture and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate SAFe PI Planning, sprint delivery planning, and Agile practices to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Proactively address project barriers, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging strategic delivery models.

Compensation and Benefits:
