A Lowell-based Semiconductor Solutions company is looking to bring on a Senior New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist full time. The company specializes in telecommunications, data centers, industrial applications, defense, and automotive technologies, and are committed to producing innovative products at the highest level as well as driving advancements in critical markets. You are expected to be on site 5 days a week in Morgan Hill, CA.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required, business or related field is preferred
- Strong computer skills with experience working in excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills

What You Will Be Doing
- Track engineering builds, work in progress, and backlogs, analyzing data to anticipate material shortages and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in team projects to communicate complex issues effectively both internally and externally.
- Work with engineering teams to establish the Bill of Materials (BOM) structure and ensure that instructions are clear and accurate.
- Coordinate with global contract manufacturers and suppliers to provide instructions and manage daily schedules.
- Collaborate with Product Line Managers on the allocation of engineering samples.
- Responsible for ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Represent NPI Operations in meetings and communicates effectively with all management levels while working independently.
