Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Manager to support companies global employee giving and volunteer programs, community engagement, charitable giving, and other strategic philanthropy programs. This role will focus on managing and executing key initiatives, ensuring seamless program delivery and maximizing community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and execution of global employee giving and volunteer programs, including matching gift programs, volunteer time off initiatives, grant programs, and giving campaigns.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of community engagement events and initiatives, fostering strong relationships with nonprofit partners.
- Support the administration of charitable giving platforms and tools, ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials and resources to promote
- employee participation in giving and volunteer activities.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on program metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for
- improvement.
- Provide administrative support for grantmaking processes, including due diligence and grant
- reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of philanthropic efforts with business objectives.
- Support the logistical planning and execution of virtual and in-person events related to We Care and Give Back initiatives
- Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, community engagement, or corporate
- philanthropy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
- projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
- Experience with volunteer management and employee giving programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and reporting, with the ability to analyze program metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, business administration, social sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Google Workplace (G Suite) and Slack; familiarity with Benevity a plus.
- Ability to travel when necessary (10-20%)
