Electrical Engineering Manager

A growing company local to the Philadelphia area is hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager to oversee a team and lead the strategy on several projects. While this is a hands-off position, you should have an electrical background and experience in board design, digital signal processing, and FPGA. They are looking for someone that has prior management and has the experience to organize teams surrounding projects.

• Previous experience managing electrical engineers/teams

• Excellent communication and proven leadership skills
• BSEE or similar
