Contract Duration: 4+ Months
- 6 to 8 years of experience as an Analyst with strong project management skills.
- Experience working as a Chief of Staff or Analyst in an enterprise environment, engaging regularly with and and managing tasks for very senior executives.
- Very experienced PowerPoint user.
- Ability to present material to senior stakeholders.
- Very advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, macros, pivot tables) and ability to manage big data sets and analyze.
- Project management, including collecting artifacts, doing follow ups from meetings, ensuring delivery.
- Experience in controls, including maker/checker, procedures and documentation.
- Create PowerPoint decks based on multiple data sets.
- Analyzing data in Excel using VLOOKUP, macros, and pivot tables.
- Creating detailed documentation on processes that will be audited.
- Collect documentation artifacts like meeting details, email approvals, and notes.
