In this role, you will serve as an Product Manager, focusing on enterprise applications and their lifecycle management. You’ll play a key role in strategizing, governing, and executing product plans to ensure the delivery of high-performing, secure, and user-friendly solutions. Working collaboratively with IT and business stakeholders, you’ll align product features with organizational standards and compliance requirements while addressing the evolving needs of users.
This role is an ongoing contract that will most likely last at least 1 year, with an hourly pay rate of $60/hour - $73/hour depending on experience.
- 3-6 years of experience in Product management.
- Experience working on enterprise applications used by finance, human capital, and compliance.
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and treasury management tools.
- Experience with compensation, learning management, and document management systems.
- Knowledge of compliance monitoring tools.
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and oversee governance documents, ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Evaluate and manage data integrations, ensuring appropriate review, approval, and monitoring.
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors, managing roadmaps, upgrades, and contract renewals.
- Facilitate system upgrades and feature rollouts, including stakeholder communication and training.
- Document and prioritize future enhancements and integration needs with business units.
- Manage product backlogs, create user stories, and oversee feature delivery.
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders for alignment and transparency.
