Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of strong experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager with regulatory experience.
  • Extensive experience in project management and/or business analysis roles, specifically within the Data and NFRR domains.
  • Detailed knowledge and expertise of Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) processes.
  • Proficient and with a strong track record of managing project scope, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control ensuring compliance with project management governance.
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology and compliance, including those at senior levels.
  • Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change. Proven track record in terms of evaluating process performance across key metrics and envisioning ways to reengineer the process to create significant improvement across all key variables.
  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of execution against milestones and budget on one or more projects. Assess creation and ensure sign-off of project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
  • Conduct current state analysis, create process models of in-scope processes and tooling across the function and geographies.
  • Engage stakeholders across product and functional domains to drive transformative changes.
  • Apply knowledge of NFRR and data concepts and procedures to resolve issues and complete required analysis.
  • Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business goals and confirm project plans meet business needs as described in the project initiation documents.
  • Review use cases and drive implementation of strategic technology solutions, whether in-house build, vendor integration and AI capabilities.
