Grow your career an innovative global bank as a Risk & Control Project Manager with wholesale credit risk and policy governance experience. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Work onsite following a hybrid schedule in New York, NY or work remotely from other geographies.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience in Risk & Controls in a large global Bank or institution
  • Experience in policy development and governance
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in change management processes
  • Excellent written & verbal skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging to senior stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to collabore across different lines (first, second, and third) is important
  • Ability to perform independently, organized, and flexible
  • Able to thrive in a very fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Desired Skills & Experience

What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide guidance to 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense regarding Policy requirements, interpretations, and compliance.
  • Provide strategic input into the development and enhancement of all Wholesale Credit Risk Policy, Standards, and Procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and simplification.
  • Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in the compliance and reviews of Policy and all related documents.
  • Engage with Businesses and Global Functions to track and influence the implementation of Wholesale Credit Risk Policy requirements.
  • Lead and participate in all regulatory engagement on Wholesale Credit Risk Policy and related documents.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to roll-out timely communications, trainings, newsletters, etc.
