Grow your career an innovative global bank in New York, NY as a Senior Data Business Analyst with extensive Regulatory experience. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Contract Duration: 11+ Months
- 6 to 10 years of extensive experience in business analysis roles, specifically within the Data and NFRR domains.
- Extensive regulatory experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis.
- Experience in designing business process models in order to support strategic design decision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change. Proven track record in terms of evaluating process performance across key metrics and envisioning ways to reengineer the process to create significant improvement across all key variables.
- Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting need.
- Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions.
- Manage multiple work streams across geographies for data & regulatory operations for process improvement, strategic technology solutions and automation and change management.
- Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, coordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
- Apply knowledge of NFRR and Data concepts and procedures to resolve issues and complete required analysis.
- Provide implementation/post-implementation project support.
- Identify data patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.
- Recommend actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
