About the Role: Join our pioneering online gambling company to help build and scale our core platforms, including our exchange and trading infrastructure. As a key member of a small team, you'll drive the development of critical systems and have a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize order matching algorithms and data feeds.
• Design and maintain high-availability clearing systems.
• Lead integrations with market makers and brokers.
• Stress-test systems for robustness and efficiency.
• Create and refine new market structures and trading features.
• Collaborate with customers to define and deliver impactful features.
• Deliver high-quality work quickly and independently.

About You:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in relational databases.
• Experience with highly concurrent systems and improving engineering processes.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality work.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with financial systems, FIX API, or broker connectivity.
• Proven experience with large-scale systems and customer interaction.

Salary: $100,000 to $200,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
