The Role
We’re looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to take charge of our new web app and enhance our existing VS Code extension. As our first dedicated frontend engineer, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the product, collaborating closely with the founding team while gaining a front-row seat to startup growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the frontend of a new product, steering design and technical decisions.
  • Work across the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with leadership and code owners to deliver seamless functionality.
  • Help build a culture of innovation and ownership as we grow our team.

What You’ll Need

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Experience with developer tools, DevOps interfaces, or operations tooling.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and web technologies.
  • Familiarity with the VS Code API.
  • Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and backend performance.
  • Proven UI/UX design expertise.
  • Preferably, experience in high-growth, VC-backed startups or top-tier tech companies.

Nice-to-Haves

  • A CS degree from a leading university.
