Infrastructure Engineer

Are you passionate about blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and disruptive technology? We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a team and play a critical role in scaling and optimizing blockchain infrastructure. As they continue to grow, they need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has the expertise to maintain high-performance systems supporting Web3 applications.

This position is fully remote anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability and optimal performance of blockchain infrastructure and systems.
  • Implement strategies for system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Proactively respond to incidents, investigate root causes, and resolve infrastructure issues efficiently.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for production environments with a focus on high availability and security.
  • Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate and support blockchain nodes and related services.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring systems to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure or DevOps Engineering roles.
  • Expertise in managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters, including large-scale cluster operations.
  • Proficient with ArgoCD and Helm Charts for Kubernetes application deployments.
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
  • Proven track record of deploying, operating, and optimizing high-performance, large-scale infrastructure, preferably in blockchain systems.
  • Experience with blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum, Tendermint, or Cosmos SDK is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, including custom dashboard and alert creation.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker and troubleshooting runtime/Linux kernel issues.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their role in automated deployments.
