A non-profit organization in Manhattan is looking for an Operations Field Analyst who can travel to different locations in the city to help with a variety of technical issues. The organization is wonderful! They help a population of over 37,000 vulnerable people in NYC, including people with disabilities, people living in poverty, and people facing homelessness. The organization provides case-work support to help people get on their feet, anti-eviction assistance, and a slew of life services for people with developmental disabilities. They're looking for someone with a driver's license who has a few years of experience doing help desk work in a Microsoft 365 environment, and is happy driving to one of the five boroughs on a daily basis. The role comes with a company car that you can take home with you if you want to, or leave it at the Manhattan office.

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of helpdesk experience, troubleshooting technical problems
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 product suite (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Basic network wiring experience
  • Windows Active Directory experience
  • Comfort solving desk phone and printer/copier support problems
