Senior IT Support Administrator

 Our client is an international advertising agency and marketing brand, seeking a Senior IT Support Administrator. The successful candidate will work alongside the global team and have expertise in Windows and Mac Operating Systems. They will be responsible for providing on site desktop support and ensuring steady operation of the organization’s infrastructure both locally and remote. This hybrid role is located in the Flatiron District, and offers the right candidate an opportunity to quicky transition to from a Support to Systems/Infrastructure Engineer.

Skills & Experience 
3+ years of experience in IT Support, Windows, Mac OS, Active Directory, troubleshooting, VPN, Microsoft Office 365, MDM, 

What You Will Be Doing:
Tech Breakdown:

• 50% Windows Systems Support
• 50% Mac OS Systems Support

Daily Responsibilities:

• 60% Hands-On IT Support (Helpdesk, Troubleshooting)
• 20% MDM and JAMF Management
• 20% Collaboration with Systems/Infrastructure Teams
