We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Management to lead the development of a self-signup flow for our client's SaaS product. This is reporting to the VP of Product and will be crucial in introducing prospective users to their services and setting them up for a successful trial subscription. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user acquisition, conversion optimization, and SaaS product development. You will be designing and building the conversion funnel, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving the product's growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Must have startup experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on user acquisition and conversion optimization
  • Proven track record of designing and building conversion funnels for consumer or SaaS applications
  • Experience with user acquisition growth cycles, including iterative building and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with dedicated growth management solutions
  • Experience running a dedicated development team

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a comprehensive self-signup flow from scratch
  • Develop a flow that introduces prospects to our client's solutions, including device procurement, setup, shipment, registration, retrieval, and management
  • Understand customer needs and tailor the signup process accordingly
  • Optimize the trial subscription process to maximize user retention
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
  • Utilize tools to rapidly and accurately manage development cycles
  • Continuously analyze and improve the conversion funnel based on data and user feedback
  • Initially serve as an individual contributor, with the potential to build and lead a team as the product grows
