What You’ll Be Doing

• 40% Data architecture, engineering leadership, and pipeline optimization

• 30% AI/ML strategy, model development, and analytics oversight

• 30% Cross-functional leadership, team development, and stakeholder engagement

Daily Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable data systems across cloud and edge infrastructure

• Lead data engineering, data science, analytics, and AI/ML teams

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions

• Manage operational efficiency, cost performance, and cloud resource optimization

• Build and execute a roadmap aligned with user needs and strategic goals

• Oversee the development of predictive models, generative AI systems, and analytics frameworks

• Ensure data compliance, privacy, and security standards are met across all environments
  
  Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong AI/ML foundation

• Proven success in building and scaling global data teams

• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, data architecture, and real-time data processing

• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks, predictive analytics, and big data tools

• Experience with cost management, performance tuning, and system troubleshooting

• Excellent leadership and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

• Background in engineering, computer science, AI, or a related technical field
