Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Financial Planning or equivalent field
- 5-10 years of fundraising and development planning experience
- Proven track record in cultivating donor relationships
- Strong organizational skills with ability to complete complex projects
- Experience using data to inform decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise strict discretion and confidentiality
- Must maintain Safe Environment certification through the Archdiocese of Omaha
- Master's Degree preferred
- Experience recruiting and managing volunteers
- Background in coordinating volunteer activities
- Strategic planning and long-term vision development
- Experience with planned giving and legacy planning programs
- Knowledge of Catholic parish operations and culture
