Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Financial Planning or equivalent field
  • 5-10 years of fundraising and development planning experience
  • Proven track record in cultivating donor relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to complete complex projects
  • Experience using data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise strict discretion and confidentiality
  • Must maintain Safe Environment certification through the Archdiocese of Omaha
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience recruiting and managing volunteers
  • Background in coordinating volunteer activities
  • Strategic planning and long-term vision development
  • Experience with planned giving and legacy planning programs
  • Knowledge of Catholic parish operations and culture
