Communications & Marketing Coordinator

Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support internal, digital, and external communications.
Location: Orlando, FL (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: $26/hr+
Contract: 6 months with strong potential for extension or permanent hire
Ideal Candidate:
Recent grads (within 2 years) or soon-to-be grads able to work full-time. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented individuals looking to grow in corporate communications and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop internal/external communications aligned with brand messaging
- Create content for email, intranet, website, and social media
- Maintain/update web content
- Design branded materials (presentations, infographics, etc.)
- Support event communications and logistics
- Ensure brand consistency across visual assets
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on marketing materials
- Support employee engagement programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in communications, marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong writing, design, and multitasking skills
Preferred:
- Experience in digital/web writing, event planning, or project coordination
- Familiarity with SAP (not required)
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
