Senior Developer / Backend

Our client located near the Greater Dayton area is one of the leading manufacturing companies in the country. Their engineering team is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer to work on their global fleet management applications and will be building exciting new features. They are looking for a Senior Developer to hit the ground running so strong experience in Java and Spring is required, in addition to experience developing frontend features using Angular.

They also have exciting migrations planned in addition to new features, so any experience in C#, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker, and/or Kubernetes, will be highly valued. They are mostly remote with occasional onsite requirements and offer a competitive compensation package. Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Java (more recent experience in modern versions)
• Spring Boot experience
• Frontend experience with Angular
• SQL, Postgres, MySQL, or similar
• BS in Computer Science
• Excellent communication

Desired Skills & Experience

• C# experience is a plus
• AWS or other cloud experience
• Docker experience
