Description: NOTE: This is a Contract for Hire position.
As an IT Analyst specializing in Healthcare Software Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of critical software applications within healthcare settings. The primary software focus is leading enhancements, integrations, and support for our internally developed applications across multiple lines of business. Your responsibilities will span software development to meet business guidance along with support, testing, and participating in software upgrade projects. This position functions as an integral part of the IT team in leveraging technology to meet and exceed our customers expectations and our companys financial goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Collaboration and Communication
Lead key enhancements and upgrades to new Line of Business initiatives
Develop new IT strategies to meet ever changing environments in our markets
Work with a team of Developers and other software specialist roles to enhance, support, and maintain our software.
Provide technical skills and report on assigned task as required to complete your objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
Work effectively with project members and end-users, providing clear communication and guidance.
Technical Application Service and Support
Develop Front End User Interfaces that best promote our capabilities.
Develop Middleware capabilities both to sustain the current software and to integrate with other platforms.
Develop Databases and reports to allow users to analyze their own performance.
Use C#, SQL Server, WebAPI, Telerik Controls, HTML 5, CSS 3 to develop applications
Provide assigned support during system go-lives and upgrade projects, including off-hour releases as required.
Resolve or triage support calls from end-users related to software issues.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents to minimize disruptions in healthcare services.
Software Installs & Upgrades
Plan and execute software upgrades in coordination with relevant teams.
Install, configure, and deploy healthcare software applications.
Report to the Project Manager all necessary information to ensure success at our clients.
Conduct thorough testing post-installation to verify functionality and compatibility.
