Description: The IT Project Lead will be at the forefront of architecting and enhancing enterprise field systems, driving innovation and transformation within the Application Services organization. This position will be responsible for supporting the management and coordination of project execution, ensuring operational support, and driving strategic improvements across a portfolio of applications. Reporting to the IT Development Manager, the IT Project Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions that align with the organization's objectives.
The Project Lead will oversee key areas such as project management, new interface implementations, continuous process improvement, meeting the needs of 15,000 to 20,000 users across 6 countries, and application support while ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the applications in the portfolio. The role will need to be able to effectively communicate to end users, corporate functions and partners, and technology leadership.
