Lead .NET Developer / Remote EST hours

A growing company is seeking an experienced Lead C#/.NET Developer to join their dynamic team. They are a leading B2B SaaS company specializing in innovative software solutions in the wholesale space. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the development of their platform, leveraging your expertise in C# and .NET Core to build robust backend systems. Your proficiency in frontend technologies such as Typescript, JavaScript, and React will also be crucial in enhancing the user experience and ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components. As a lead developer, you will take charge of complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the technical execution of new features and enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in C#/.NET Core: Extensive experience with C# and .NET Core frameworks.
• Frontend Development Expertise: Strong skills in Typescript, JavaScript, and React.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in a lead role, guiding and mentoring development teams.

• Leading Development Projects: Oversee and drive the development of new features and enhancements using C#/.NET Core and modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring high standards of code quality.
• Architecting Solutions: Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions, addressing both backend and frontend requirements.
