Lead Software Engineer / Remote (Eastern Time)

Utilizing .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and Angular allows us to provide speedy and efficient financial services. As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll join a talented team focused on developing FinTech software.

You will have the opportunity to lead projects in a full-stack environment on a quarterly basis. We value innovative work and autonomy, offering an environment where leadership and technical skills have significant influence on our products and teams. 
Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ Years of software engineering experience, with a significant emphasis on C# and .NET Core, and technical leadership.
• 2+ Years mentoring and leading Scrum teams.
• Expert in writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• SQL Reporting Experience
• Cloud Development Experience (especially Azure)
• DevOps Experience
• Proven experience in leading full-stack project development
