.NET Engineering Manager

A software development company specialized in creating a financial platform for their clients are looking to hire a hands-on engineering manager. The ideal candidate is a lead level engineer that is looking to take the next step in their career to a manager while still being hands on until the team is more mature. Someone that can help drive innovation forward while building out application requests for clients and leading the 3-member team right now would be the best fit. They are planning on hiring 2 additional resources in 2025 to accommodate the number of client requests and projects.

The company is using .NET Core 6, C#, SQL and still has applications running in MVC, ASP.NET, SOAP and Angular 2-10. This manager would be upgrading all legacy applications to .NET 8 and the latest versions of Angular and road mapping 2025 designs and plans. Office is in Norristown, PA and employees go in 3 days a week. They have an emphasis on culture and have quarterly work events and summer hours. This is a great place to grow professionally and personally.

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown

• 50% .NET 8
• 25% ASP.NET / MVC
• 25% Angular

Daily Responsibilities

• 50% building new applications for clients
• 50% Upgrading existing software to the newest technologies.
