Loan Officer

A company in Chadds Ford, PA that is in the mortgage industry is hiring for a unique Loan Officer opportunity! The right candidate should hold a licensed NMLS number and currently be in a role where they are originating loans. 

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to transition their career into a more administrative role. You'll still be responsible for compliance related tasks related to clients, but you'll also be spending your time working on internal administrative work as a full time employee.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer
• Licensed NMLS number
• Strong communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

•  Experience interacting directly with clients

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• 50% Administrative Tasks
• 50% Compliance
